What we believe

Statement of Faith of Caladalities Ministry International

GOD

We worship, follow and believe in the eternal unchanging, holy and loving God. He is the Creator and Ruler of all things. God is One, yet He reveals Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God loves every person and has a plan for their life.

JESUS

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He was miraculously conceived and born of a virgin. Jesus was fully God and fully man. Because of His sinless life, Jesus became a sacrifice for our sin. After He died on the cross, He was buried and three days later, He was raised from the dead. Jesus is the only way by which a person can know God personally. We eagerly await His triumphant return.

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ. He convicts us of our sin and our need for Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He comforts, teaches, and empowers believers to live in righteousness. He equips every believer with spiritual gifts for service and ministry in the body of Christ.

SALVATION

Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers a free gift of eternal life to all who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior. That is who salvation can be found in Christ alone.

MAN

Man is made in the image of God. Man is separated from God by sin. Unless a person has a personal relationship with God, they have no hope of Heaven.

BIBLE

The Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God. The truths of the Bible are absolute standards for all people throughout the ages. The Bible is the final authority for all matters of the church and the Christian life. The Bible contains the answers to all life’s questions.

THE CHURCH

Jesus Christ is the head of the Church. All believers make up the church which is also called the body of Christ. The purpose of the Church is to carry out God’s mission in the world. God’s church and mission are best lived out through local autonomous churches.

BAPTISIM

Through baptisim, we follow Christ’s example and obey His command. Baptisim by immersion, symbolizes the death, burial and resurrection of the believer to new life in Christ. Baptisim serves as a public testimony of one’s faith after receiving Christ as Savior and Lord.

Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
